Your stay has to be at least 3 nights, for 3 or 4 nights we charge 30.-€ extra per night.
Longstay-discount: for stays of over 14 days in summer only in the main saison: we grant a discount of 10 %.
Honeymoon-discount: If you are in two and you appreciate generous accommodation, we will grant a 15 % discount. (it is not valid in the time 29 may to 2. november, Cristmas/New Year and in february)
The rates do not include:
Tourism tax per person and day (€ 3,50 per person over 15 years and per day);
Electricity (35,- Cent/KW normal current, 40,- Cent/KW heating)

Bed sheets and covers are at your disposal. 1 small and one big towel and one sauna towel for every person are at your disposal, if you need more, please bring your own towels
Dogs are welcome, no extra fee. But I kindly ask all owner of dogs to leave the apartement in a nice condition.
In order to book a holiday flat, we kindly ask you to transfer 20 % of the total amount in advance.
