Apartment Ramsau offers plenty of space on 3 floors in a log house
- Ground floor: On the ground floor (53 m²) you can access the large living room with a Swedish fireplace via the anteroom. The cooking area with seating area is integrated into the living room. The couch corner with satellite TV and CD radio is perfect for cozy evenings. There is also a double room, shower/toilet and sauna on the ground floor. From the living room, there is also direct access to the terrace.
- Upper floor. The staircase takes you to the upper floor (40 m²). To the south, there is a bedroom with 2 beds and to the north, there is a double room with bathroom/toilet, also with a cot if desired.
- Basement: In the basement, there is the garage, storage room for skis, mountain bikes, etc. as well as the washing machine and dryer.
The Rupbauer bathing pond is also located on the Ramsaubach. Our guests are welcome to use the small swimming lake. Dogs are also allowed in the area.

Location and surrounding
The holiday apartments are located on a south-facing slope. The forest to the north is also suitable for searching for “Schwammerl” (mushrooms) and “Schwoazbee” (blueberries).
In summer, hiking, mountain bike, and trekking trails lead directly past the house. The best-known excursion destination nearby is the “Königstageppe”. A circular route 14.2 km long and 1470 m above sea level via the Lärchbodenalm, Guttenberghaus, and Silberkarklamm.
Winter hiking trails and cross-country ski runs are also close to the apartments, and there is also a small drag lift for families with children, the Schneemandllift, right next to the house.
