The log cabin has plenty of space on 3 floors. In the basement there is a garage, storage room and laundry room.
On the ground floor (53 sqm) is the large living room with fireplace, integrated kitchen, seating area, couch with multimedia (Sat-TV, CD, free w-Lan), double bed room and bathroom with shower and sauna. From the living room you can enter directly to the terrace. Ideal as a sunbathing area and for barbecue.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor (40 m²). To the south, a bedroom with 2 beds and to the north there is a double bedroom with a bathroom, on request, with a crib.

Gorgeous landscape
The apartments facing south, with a great panoramic view over the alps. The “backyard” is also with a stunning view and with a small forest, mostly to discover and gather “Schwammerl” (mushrooms) and “Schwoazbee” (blueberries).
In summer, hiking trails and mountain bike trails lead directly past the house. The best known tourist destination near is the “Königsetappe”. A hiking trail with 14.2 km in length and 1470 Hm over Guttenberghaus and Silberkarklamm.
In winter, winter hiking paths and trails pass by the house. Directly at the house is also a small ski-lift for families with children, the Schneemandl lift.
